Powder coating, plating and paint all do the same job: a layer laid over the metal to colour it or hold off everyday rust. Fine for a garden gate. But it sits on the surface: thick, and only skin-deep, so under real heat, friction or chemical attack it blisters, lifts or burns away.

Our ceramic coatings are surface engineering. They bond to the metal itself: a thin, even film that holds heat where it belongs, shrugs off corrosion and takes the thermal cycling and wear that strip an ordinary finish clean off. Thin enough to protect threads, valves and internals a thick coat would clog, without touching the tolerances your part was machined to. A coating chosen to do a job, not just cover the part.

The right coating for the job

Every client has their own story. No two parts face the same conditions: what sits behind a manifold spends its life at temperatures that would flake ordinary paint; a bracket two feet away just needs to survive salt air and vibration. We match a specialist coating to what each surface actually faces.

That might mean holding heat exactly where it lives, locking corrosion out from underneath it, or carrying a part that never sees those extremes with a premium durable finish instead. Nothing over-specified, nothing left short: every surface gets exactly the protection its job calls for.
