Ceramic coatings that keep plant running longer

Industrial-grade ceramic that shields equipment from heat, rust and wear, for cleaner running and fewer unplanned stops.

Straight advice and precise work: the right coating for the part, every time.

Coated industrial pipework

In a plant, every hour a machine is down costs money, and heat, abrasion and corrosion never stop chipping away at the parts that keep it turning. A ceramic film bonds direct to the substrate and gives that equipment industrial-grade defence against all three, a modern step up from the zinc plating and standard paint that blister and let go. It shows where it counts: steadier output, lower maintenance, fewer stoppages.

What we coat

From pumps to process equipment, we coat the parts a plant can’t afford to lose to heat, wear or corrosion.

Industrial plant and machinery
Pumps & machine components
Corrosion- and wear-resistant coatings, including anti-seize protection on fasteners and threads, to keep critical machinery running and cut unplanned downtime.
Heating & process equipment
High-temperature ceramic manages heat and protects equipment that runs hot, day in and day out.
Pipework & fittings
Tough finishes that resist rust and corrosion across abrasive, demanding environments.
High-wear tooling & parts
Coatings that resist abrasion and thermal degradation to extend the lifespan of heavy-duty parts.

Built for demanding industrial environments

Industrial plant takes constant punishment from heat, abrasion and corrosion. We coat the components that keep operations running, matched to the conditions each part faces, to extend their working life and reduce maintenance.

Frequently asked questions

What industrial parts can you coat?
Pumps, machine components, heating and process equipment, pipework, fittings, moulds, gears and high-wear tooling among them. Tell us the part and the conditions it works in and we will recommend the right coating.
What do industrial coatings protect against?
Heat damage, rust and corrosion, and premature wear. By protecting critical machinery from these, our coatings help improve efficiency, reduce maintenance and cut downtime over the life of the equipment.
Do your coatings resist chemicals and industrial fluids?
Many of our coatings offer strong resistance to oils, fuels, hydraulic fluids and aggressive process environments. The right answer depends on the exact chemical, concentration, temperature and exposure, so we prefer to understand the operating conditions before recommending a coating.
Is this the same as industrial paint?
No. We apply engineered ceramic coatings that manage heat and resist corrosion and abrasion on metal components: protection an industrial paint is not designed to provide. We are not painters or platers.
Does every part need ceramic?
No. Hot and heavily worked components benefit most from high-temperature ceramic. For parts that do not face extreme heat, we apply a premium durable finish instead. We match the coating to the application, so a part is never over-specified.
