Ceramic coatings that take the heat off your engine
High-temperature ceramic for exhausts, engine and motorsport parts: heat held in the system, not thrown into your engine bay.
Straight advice and precise work: the right coating for the part, every time.
Under the bonnet, the parts that matter most cop the worst of it: exhausts, engine internals, turbo housings, all cooking and grinding through cycle after cycle. A thin ceramic film takes that heat in hand, cuts the parasitic friction that wears parts and robs efficiency, and shuts out corrosion, so they run cooler, last longer and give more back.
What we coat
From the exhaust back to the engine internals, we coat the parts that live under heat, friction and corrosion.
- Exhausts, headers & manifolds
- High-temperature ceramic keeps heat in the system: cooler engine bay, better flow, a finish that lasts.
- Engine internals
- Thin-film thermal-barrier and friction-cutting coatings for pistons, valves and tight internals: protection where a thick coat would never fit.
- Turbo & forced-induction parts
- Heat managed right where it spikes, protecting nearby parts and holding performance under boost.
- Brake calipers & hubs
- Durable, heat-tolerant finishes that look the part and stand up to road and track use.
Before / after
A second life for a heat-stressed exhaust manifold
A road-car exhaust manifold came in dull, heat-discoloured and surface-corroded. We stripped and prepared it, then coated, baked and polished it in a high-temperature ceramic finish, restoring the look and adding lasting heat and corrosion protection.
