Ceramic coatings that handle the heat and look the part

High-temperature ceramic coatings for motorcycle engine and exhaust parts: heat and corrosion protection with a finish that looks the part.

Straight advice and precise work: the right coating for the part, every time.

A custom motorcycle with ceramic-coated parts

For a custom build, how it runs and how it looks carry equal weight, and exhaust heat is the enemy of both. High-temperature ceramic takes on the heat your engine and pipes throw off, holds off corrosion, and leaves a sharp, durable finish that won’t blister or blue after a season of hard riding.

What we coat

From the exhaust to the engine cases, we coat the bike parts that have to survive heat and corrosion, and still look the part.

A ceramic-coated motorcycle engine cover
A ceramic-coated motorcycle wheel rim
Exhausts, headers & silencers
High-temperature ceramic keeps heat in the system and resists discolouration: better looks and lasting protection where it gets hottest.
Engine covers & cases
Durable, heat-tolerant finishes that stand up to engine heat and the elements while keeping a clean, sharp look.
Brake hubs & hardware
Tough, corrosion-resistant coatings for the metal parts that have to look right and survive road and track use.
Show & feature parts
A wide colour and finish range for custom builds, so the right parts stand out and stay looking their best.

Before / after

A motorcycle exhaust restored in satin-black ceramic

A motorcycle exhaust came in tired and heat-discoloured. We stripped and prepared it, then coated, baked and polished it in a satin-black ceramic finish, restoring the look and adding lasting heat and corrosion protection.

Frequently asked questions

Is coating the same as powder coating or paint?
No. We apply high-tech ceramic coatings engineered to manage heat, resist corrosion and reduce friction: protection a spray finish or powder coat cannot provide. We are not powder coaters, platers or painters.
Will a ceramic coating handle exhaust heat?
Yes. High-temperature ceramic is designed for exhausts, headers and silencers: it manages the heat these parts generate and resists the discolouration that ruins an untreated finish, so they keep performing and looking good.
Do I need to strip the bike before bringing parts in?
Yes, we generally need the loose component, not the whole motorcycle. Remove the part, drain any oils or fluids, and leave off rubber, plastic, seals and bearings unless we have agreed otherwise. If you are unsure, send photos first.
What colours and finishes can I get?
For high-heat parts, engine components and exhaust headers, we offer black and natural silver. Where extreme heat protection isn't the priority, we offer a wide range of colour options, and can match specific shades where needed (conditions may apply). We prioritise matching the right coating to the job first; colour options follow from there.
Does every part need ceramic?
No. Hot components like exhausts and engine parts need high-temperature ceramic. For parts that do not face extreme heat, we apply a premium durable finish instead. We match the coating to the application, so a part is never over-specified.

Got a pipe that's gone dull and blue?

Send us the details and we will tell you exactly what it needs, and what it will cost.

We’ll match the coating to the part: the heat-rated finish where it’s needed, the right look everywhere else.
